Owner/brewer Brooks Hemauer loves the taste of a well-made IPA, and this resonates in the majority of his creations, but does love brewing Porters, Ales, and Hefeweizens. He is also not afraid to think out of the box when it comes to the ingredients—he created the “Dilled,” which is an APA with a distinct dill flavor that has received praise from those who have tried a glass.

I am a sole woman farmer, with my wonderful engineer, reluctant farmer husband, who builds things for me, but doesn’t farm. I grew up on a huge sheep farm in the Falkland Islands, so raising sheep is my first love. I am an RN, a licensed massage therapist, and trained in Functional Medicine, and my main mission when I started this farm, was to grow/raise nutrient dense, organic vegetables and pasture raised animals and chickens.
We are a small-batch, from-scratch bakery using local eggs from pasture-raised chickens, gluten-free flours, and unrefined sugars. We specialize in breakfast pastries, treats, and granola, creating unrefined sugar and gluten-free baked goodness. We also offer vegan options. bakeryfoodtrailer.jpg

My culinary experience first started in Beirut, the beautiful capital of Lebanon. I remember working in the kitchen with my mom and sisters. The rich aroma of cinnamon and herbs that we used to grow in our garden filled the air. I became familiar with traditional Lebanese cuisine after I've learned my family's recipes. They tell a tale of heritage and exclusivity. I share my authentic luscious levante food with my raving customers.
